Starring in your own Cirque de Soleil! Fun, exciting and challenging. Choose from cocoon, trapeze, hoop, fabric, rope, dance or acrobatics! Can't choose one? Then select a few. You design a workshop that suits your group, so you choose how much you push yourself. Choose between chilling out with some aerial yoga, hanging out on an aerial hoop or dance trapeze or really push yourself to climb a rope or silks! Sessions include a nice dynamic warm-up, with joint mobility at the start and a relaxed, chill-out stretch at the end. Between 4 and 10 in a group (if more, it's not a problem we'll just need to bring in another teacher, and reprice accordingly).
